This information note is given only for ESASO’s Website and not for any other Website possibly visited by users by clicking on its links. This information note draws inspiration also from Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data adopted on 17th May 2001, during the Working Group set up by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, so as to identify the minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data and, in particular, the method, time and kind of information that the datacontroller is required to give users when these browse Web pages, regardless of the purpose thereof.

All individuals which the personal data refer to may ask for confirmation of the existence of such data, at any time, and ask about their content and source, check their accuracy or ask for them to be supplemented or updated, or rectified (art. 7 Leg. Pursuant to the same article, the data holder may ask for said data to be cancelled, turned into an anonymous form or blocked when processed against the law, and may object to their processing for legitimate purposes.
